We are searching for a meticulously organized and budget-conscious Incoming Tour Manager to direct all incoming operation procedures in all around Azerbaijan.

Incoming Tour Manager should be in contact with all tour operators that we are currently working with or have the potential to work with, prepare comprehensive itineraries to propose or as requested by them and book the requested services, as well as monitor and manage the entire incoming operation to be carried out.

Responsibilities:
– Should be in contact with all tour operators that we are currently working with or have the potential to work with
– Prepare comprehensive itineraries to propose or as requested by them
– Booking the requested services as transportation, accommodation and adjacent services
– Getting the best offers by negotiating with all the providers necessary for the execution of the incoming operation
– Managing allotted finances
– Monitoring and managing the entire incoming operation to be carried out

– There is a trial period of 2 months for the requested position in the low season(winter period). Candidates deemed suitable at the end of the trial period will be joining to our team by signing a contract (from 1 Person to 5 People)
– Salary will be discussed upon interview

Requirements:
– Graduate from the relevant departments of the university
– Demonstrable experience as a tour manager or similar
– Tourism-conscious and highly professional
– Comfortable managing high/low-budget tours
– Polished logistical and problem-solving methods
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Having a second language (Russian/German/Arabic) is also preferred
