Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Locate, analyze, and develop logistics partners, both domestically and internationally to satisfy Logistics requirements
– Develop long-term relationships with existing logistics partners
– Find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies
– Obtain best prices amongst various freight forwarders in order to make sound purchasing decisions
– Negotiate with freight forwarders on price and delivery in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet both client and company needs
– Prepare shipping, custom clearing documents and clear goods
– Organize and manage goods and transportation
– Communicate with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods
– Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipment status
– Preparing and reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
– Tracking shipment within timelines from collection until delivery as per Incoterms
– Addressing and resolving all logistics / shipment issues

Namizədə tələblər
– Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
– Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office / internet and email skills
– Good management, problem-solving and organizational skills
– Communications skills in English & Azeri. Knowledge of Russian and Turkish is an added advantage
– Salary no bar for the right candidate
